Return Policy:
We follow ‘No Returns Policy’ except in following conditions:
- Product was damaged or had defects.
- Wrong product was shipped.
Further Conditions for return:
- All items must have the original security tag and label and must be returned in the same conditions as delivered by the company. Any item returned showing signs of wear or tear, or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.
- To return an item, please send an email to info@adhrithomeaccessories.com and we will send you the return instructions. The return request must be placed within Two (2) hours after delivery time.
- The product to be returned has to be neatly packed in a box in which it came with to and from address clearly written on the box.
- Return shipping cost will be borne by us.
- If in any case we do not replace/ship the right product within 7 days of receipt of the receipt of the return, you can request for a refund into your bank/credit card account which will take approx 4-5 days.
- Online products pictures may have a little difference of colors and sizes.
Refunds for goods not dispatched:
If we fail to deliver right product within 10 working days, then the entire amount will refunded to your bank/credit card account.
